'Principal Photography' Challenges:
As we were filming we faced many challenges in order to get the perfect shots to use in our title sequence. One challenge we faced was trying to get the right frame for the shot. For example we didn’t want to leave loads of space in the shots we wanted the actor to fill majority of the frame so we adjusted the camera until the position was just right. Also another challenged faced was keeping the camera still. This would have been easy if we used a tripod but we needed to film from the first person so we tied the camera around our chest to make sure it was as still as possible to get the best result. Another challenged we faced was trying to get the right angles and lighting in the surgery scene. The shots needed to be from the first person as It needed to look realistic and the lighting needed to be dark like an actual surgery room, so getting the balance of light and camera angles was fairly hard but we used just enough light so you get a good effect but you can still see the doctors. For the camera angle we just experimented until we got what we wanted. As we were filming we faced many challenges in order to get the perfect shots to use in our title sequence. Feedback on 'Principal Photography':
The feedback we received was that the shots filmed already were very good and were shot to a good standard. However, additional shots were needed to be filmed as it looked like the story was missing a few things and it didn’t flow. So we decided to shoot an extra two scenes where the actor was running to a door with blood on his hands, then it switches to a scene where we see hand prints of blood dripping down the wall of a bathroom. This creates lots of enigmas for the audience, also it allowed the whole title sequence to end nicely and allowed the whole title sequence to flow very well.
