Remake of Silence Of the Lambs

PREMIER SCREENING

Our group project was to produce a short scene inspired by a classic film. The film we as a group were given was a scene from 'Silence of the Lambs'. This scene involved two characters entering a room and having a conversation, we must show examples of shot reverse shot and show awareness of the '180 degree' rule.

In our group we split our rolls up into different areas, concentrating on the areas of scripting, costumes, props and lighting. Scripting was the job of Gurpreet, he was told to write a few lines for the scene. Shaan and Vishaal were the two actors and I myself was the camera man dealing with lighting. Props were not needed due to us having all the props we needed e.g a blazer and t shirt.

In our group we had the mini objectives of, getting the footage to a good standard and to the required legnth ready for editing. Also we sorted out times that we were all available and gave ourselfs enough time to get all shots done so we didn't waste a lot of time.
