Title Sequences:
A Literal Title Sequence: Lord Of War
Here we see the start of the bullets journey. This is where the bullet is being made and we know this because we can actually see it being made.
We can see the bullet just about to be boxed and sent to its destination. This shows us next where the bullet goes to which makes it a literal title sequence.
Now from the bullets point of view we can see that the bullet has now arrived in what seems to be Russia due to the guards uniform. Telling us Russian's must play a part in this film.
Now we see the bullet has arrived in a new place. We can See that the people opperating are black, so we can assume that the place the bullets have arrived at are in Africa somewhere.
Here we see the bullets going to there next destination from the new place they have arrived to.
The Bullet has now been emptied out on to the floor and the guy is going to pick it up and place it into his gun.
We can now see that the guy has found his opponent and has aimed his sight to where he wants to shoot we now see the bullet leave the chamber.
We now see the bullet at the end of its journey where it finally meets its final enemy and kills the guy we see in the picture.
Mixture Title Sequence- Dexter
From the opening scene we can see the font is made of blood this is straight away telling us that there is going to be blood involved.
Here again we see that as Dexter shaves we see he sheds some blood also symbolising that blood and violence is in this TV series.
However here we see that its slightly strange in that Dexter cleans up his blood which makes us think that he must be very clean when killing someone, which is not normal of a killer.
Here we can see that Dexter cuts his meat with the plastic wrap on, this is also strange as most people take it out the wrapper and then slice the meat. This could tell us that he kills his enemies in plastic wrapping.
However on the other hand we see Dexter act as a normal human being in that he cooks himself breakfast like any other normal person which makes us think hes living a double life.
Here again we see Dexter live a normal life as he is eating his breakfast like any other normal person and not in any other weird way.
Now we see that Dexter cut and orange open and we see th flesh inside is red. This could symbolise a body or person he has sliced open before.
Here we see Dexter tying his shoelace, but the way he is doing his shoelace could replicate him trying to strangle someone.
Finally we see Dexter leave his house looking like any other normal person because of the bright lighting he does not look like a person to kill aanyone, leaaving us to believe he must be living a double life.
